An unusual and remarkable antique 19th century Victorian hallmarked sterling silver buckle bangle, with ornate and extremely high quality hand chased floral detail to the front with ball detail to the edge. The front buckle can be opened to reveal an oval picture aperture with silver frame which can be removed to insert a photo or momento of a loved one. The bangle catch opens easily, and closes firmly with a satisfying snap. The hinge is strong, and a safety chain is attached. The inner surface i. Clearly hallmarked as follows. Makers Mark: WCM for.
