Here I have an antique Victorian solid silver 50 long guard / muff chain with bolt ring fastener. It features unusual fancy lozenge shaped links – it has a feintly stamped hallmark on one of the links but I’m certain it’s French in origin. Tests as solid silver. The chain is 6mm wide and it weighs 33.5 grams. Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. No dinks or damage.
