C1890 ANTIQUE 19thC VICTORIAN SOLID SILVER HAND ENGRAVED PANEL NECKLACE BRACELET. A fine antique 19th century Victorian sterling silver collarette style necklace, which can be. Into two identical panel link bracelets. Each piece is formed of sixteen panels linked by large oval loops, each with ornate and extremely high quality hand chased floral detail. The bracelet/necklace opens easily from hidden catches within one of the panels, and closes firmly with a satisfying snap. There are no silver marks present, which is not unusual for an item of this age and type, but it tests as Sterling silver. Here I have an antique Indian solid silver brooch, set throughout with rose-cut jargoons, and in the centre is a white sapphire. The flower shaped setting which the sapphire sits upon is overlaid with rose gold, the rest of the brooch is made from very high grade silver (unmarked but tests as such). It fastens with a c-clasp and has had a tiny loop fitted to the back at a later date for a safety chain to attach to. All items are sent UNBOXED, in an organza gift bag. Measures 5.9cm wide. Weighs 19.7 grams. Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. Just has the usual light marks and patina which you’d expect on an antique item. International buyers PLEASE READ. RARE SOLID SILVER 3RD CENTURY (GORDION 111 AD 238- 244) ROMAN COIN. Emperor Gordion 111was a child emperor. He was a teenager of 13 when he came to the throne. He reigned for only 5 and a half years and died on a campaign against the expanding Sassanian empire and its leader Shapur 1. Whether his successor, Philip the Arab had a hand in his killing as claimed by Roman sources either directly or by causing discontent or whether he died of illness, as claimed by Philip, is not kn0wn.
