Over 635grams of solid hallmarked sterling silver. This boxed set is one of a limited edition of 3000 of 20 solid sterling silver ingots depicting the history of these great liners. Each ingot weighs an ounce and is hallmarked for BM Birmingham 1977. The liners are: savannah 1819, Sirius 1838, great western 1838, Britannia 1840, Great Britain 1845, Persia 1856, great eastern 1859, oceanic 1871, kaiser wilhelm der grosse 1897, City of New York 1889, mMauretania 1907, titanic 1912, gripsholm 1925, Empress of Britain 1931, rex 1932, Normandie 1935, Queen Mary 1936, Enited States 1952, Queen Elizabeth 1940, and Queen Elizabeth 1969. Each ingot has a description of the liner on the reverse. The ingots are displayed in two blue velvet trays, encased in a sturdy treasure chest. Also includes a very rare original information sheet. Absolutely beautiful you will not be disappointed. International Watch Co Schaffhausen Solid Silver cal 52 IWC pocket watch pocketwatch from 1923. IWC Schaffhausen Solid Silver Pocket watch from 1923. This is a genuine, solid silver International Watch Co. 52 pocket watch from 1923 in mint condition. The original enamel dial is in mint condition, the original blued hands look very nice on the dial. Original case and dust cap have been made of solid 0.800 silver, case diameter is 50 mm not counting the original crown. Case is in mint condition, no any dents. Original lépine IWC cal. H 5 has been cleaned, is running perfectly and keeps excellent time. Movement has Breguet overcoil hairspring, bimetallic balance, swan’s neck regulator and 15 jewels. This pocket watch has crown-wind, pin-set movement: a small pin next to the watch-stem at 11 o’clock had to be depressed before turning the crown to set the time and releasing the pin when the correct time had been set. I understand my customer’s needs, and provide vintage watches that meet or exceed their expectations. My watches are in all original, factory condition. As far as the strap and buckle are concerned, please see description. I do not deal in marriage watches. I do not deal in watches with refinished, repainted dials. From a vintage collectors point of view, a refinished dial diminishes the value of a watch. Many refinished dials don’t last as long and are not as durable as original dials. THE WEIGHT OF THE CUFF BANGLE IS 133.7 GRAMS. IT MAY BE FILLED, BUT IT IS CERTAINLY AN IMPRESSIVE PIECE. THE INNER DIAMETER ON THE LONGEST SIDE IS 5.9CM. THE WIDTH IS 3.5CM. THE DEPTH IS 1.1CM.
