Beautiful Georgian Solid Silver Miniature Portrait Painting Paste Brooch/Pendant. Here is a really beautiful rare georgian silver painted portrait miniature paste brooch. The brooch is oval measuring nearly one inch by one & a quarter inches, including bail and is all made of solid silver, not marked, but tested & guarranteed solid silver. This brooch truly is lovely with the front is a border of early white paste stones which are all enclosed inset securely, all nicely matching which give a lovely quality effect. Inset is the most lovely attractive painted portrait miniature of an attractive lady in good detail which looks to be painted on enamel. The brooch comes complete with a pin and Cclasp working well and it also has a bail for wearing as a pendant and it dates very clearly to the georgian period and is in very good condition for its age, but there is marks & wear to the enamel as you would expect and although it doesnt detract is just mentioned for total accuracy, see pics. However this really is a beautiful georgian miniature in good origional complete condition, that is so eyecatching & a rare antique example of these, that are getting hard to find and so colllectable. Beautiful Art Deco Rare Quality Long Solid Silver Filigree Necklace. Here is the most beautiful art deco solid silver filigree necklace. The necklace is long measuring nearly fourty inches all the way round & is all made of continental solid silver. This necklace is absolutely exquisite & i have never seen another of this quality it is certainly not the usual types of early filigree work & i bought it for myself but have never got round to wearing it, but its just to lovely to not be admired & quite a statement piece. The necklace all consists of uniform beads, circular of approx nearly threequarter inches in diameter & they all have this fine early pierced filigree work in good detail. The beads are all connected with good strong matching silver links & then both the end strong links are clearly hallmarked with continental hallmarks, but i dont recognise for what country or the emblems, but as with this work it probably is a low grade continental silver & it comes complete with a marked silver bolt ring clasp working well & it dates to around the art deco era. This really is a fabulous art deco necklace in very good origional complete condition that looks beautiful worn & most certainly is a rare one off example. This beautiful and unique vintage 1970′s Scandinavian Modernist solid silver ring is mounted with a stunning clear glittering 8 mm x 6.5 mm and 5 mm depth cubic shaped and facets cut sky blue Topaz gemstone; bezel set in a light catching “open back” setting. This captivating gem is presented on a square shaped band; with curved shoulders and a contoured base. Every aspect of this finely and artfully crafted ring displays fresh and original design features; a true “one of its kind” piece. The interior of the 7 mm wide silver band is embossed with the numerical solid silver mark: “835″. The exterior is embossed with two hallmarks: “S”: silver, and two crowns. The weight measures 7.3 grams. The condition of this superb ring is very good; the only sign of age are some natural fine surface scratches to the silver. Beautiful Victorian Solid Silver & Scottish Agate Specimen Brooch, 1880s. Here is a really lovely victorian solid silver & scottish agate specimen brooch. The brooch measures two inches in diameter and is all set in victorian solid silver, not marked but tested & guarranteed. The brooch is a fabulous scottish specimen brooch and is roundel in style inset with all different kinds of scottish agate, pebble, granite etc in sections, flat cut with there lovely colours & natural markings, bandings with some unusual agates i have not seen before or the markings. Nicely this brooch has a silver rusched edge and silver engraved centre and on the back its backed & has its pin & Cclasp working well. This brooch dates to the victorian period around the 1880s when scottish jewellery was at its height of popularity and some fabulous pieces were made & yet again i have never seen one exactly the same as this one before, so a interesting example and as with age it may have the odd minute nibble, which you would expect with age & wear, but nothing that i can see or detracts, & the back does have some bits out of it, but just mentioned for total accuracy, but certainly nothing that detracts, see pics. This really is a lovely victorian brooch in good origional complete condition and such a lovely rare collectable example of these.. Please note the marks on the agates are natural. The brooch is large measures two inches by two & a quarter inches & is all made of solid silver. This brooch is really beautiful in a large garland ribbon type style in thick silver the brooch is inset with white faceted paste stones to look like diamonds which give a absolutely sparkling dazzling effect. On the back is a pin & rolling Cclasp working well & the brooch has a full set of hallmarks & makers mark which is rubbed so hard for me to read, but dates to around the 1940-60s. However this really is such a lovely piece of quality vintage jewellery in excellant origional complete condition that looks stunning worn & quite a statement piece & a really beautiful example of these. Beautiful Victorian Rare Solid Silver & Scottish Agate Specimen Brooch, 1880s. Here is a really lovely victorian solid silver & scottish agate specimen brooch. The brooch measures nearly two & a quarter inches in diameter and is all set in victorian solid silver, not marked but tested & guarranteed. The brooch is a fabulous scottish specimen brooch and in a rusched roundel type style with a unusual entwined cut to the agates inset with all different kinds of scottish agate, pebble, granite etc in sections, flat cut with there lovely colours & natural markings, bandings with some unusual agates i have not seen before or the markings. Nicely this brooch has a silver engraved centre and on the back its solid silver backed & it will need its pin & Cclasp replacing to wear it again as a brooch as it has a bail & looks to have been worn as a pendant. Beautiful Vintage Quality Solid Silver Engraved Buckle Bangle, Chester, 1940. Here is a really beautiful vintage quality solid silver buckle bangle. The bangle measures just over two inches by two & a half inches with a depth of threequarters of an inch with the buckle part having a depth of just over one inch & all made of solid silver. This bangle is such quality & one of the best buckle bangles i have ever seen. The bangle has a plain back & then the front looks like a belt buckle & is beautifully engraved in really good detail & it has a unusual clasp that opens on the buckle, which opens on a hinge all working very well & it is not adjustable this is the size of it. Inside it has a full set of english hallmarks for Chester, silver & 1940 & makers mark of S&E & the buckle also has the lion mark & it also says To olga, from john, 5-11-40 & obviously this has been quite treasured, but has been worn, so with age & wear there is some marks & slight dents as you would associate with wear, but certainly nothing that i can see that detracts in any way, see pics. However this really is a beautiful vintage buckle bangle in very good origional complete condition & a really fabulous chester example & a real quality example of these. The pendant is so pretty & then inset with real rock crystal with its faceted & a pear shaped drop, which gives off the fabulous pools of light. The pendant comes complete with a good size bail & dates clearly to the edwardian era.
