With lock and key. One side of the inside of the case has a velcro covering when opened has 2 elastic straps to hold your apron in the case and protect it. Other side of the inside of the case has a pouch which has velcro on the sides to easily hang your jewels or collars in the pouch along with a zipper pouch.
