Outstanding Antique Norway Large Solid Silver Detailed Engraved Brooch, 830s. Here is the most fabulous large antique norway solid silver engraved brooch. This brooch is large measuring two & a quarter inches in diameter & all made of solid silver. This brooch is truly outstanding & one of a kind which i have never seen one like this before. It has a rusched border with typical early engravings in a matt silver & then raised sections with very pretty fine filigree work in really lovely detail. The brooch has a early pin & Cclasp working well & looks to date around the art deco era & is clearly marked 830s for solid silver & is norwegian in origin but unfortunately i cannot see a makers mark. This really is a fabulous early brooch in excellant origional complete condition & most certainly one for the serious collector & a rare example.
