Art Deco Charles Horner Rare Solid Silver & Peridot Bug/fly Brooch, Chester, 1922. Here is a really lovely art deco rare charles horner solid silver & peridot bug brooch. The brooch measures half an inch by two inches and is all made of solid silver. The brooch is really quite lovely & unusual from this maker as i have never seen another similiar. On a typical bar brooch in the centre is a lovely bug/fly in good engraved detail with the head & body inset with what looks to be faceted peridot but it could just be glass or paste, but it certainly looks the part. The brooch has a pin and Cclasp working well and a full set of english hallmarks for Chester, silver & 1922 , and nicely marked for the renowned maker of charles horner and this is certainly a rare example of his work However a lovely antique charles horner brooch in very good origional complete condition & a nice chester collectable example of these. I love antique jewellery, so hope that you to can appreciate my items, that have been pre loved with history. Lovely Antique Rare persian Solid Silver Hand Painted Miniature Panel Bracelet. Here is the most beautiful antique rare persian solid silver hand painted panel bracelet. The bracelet measures just under eight inches long by a depth of one inch & each panel measures just under one inch by one inch & is all set in solid silver. This bracelet is really lovely typical persian with eight panels which all are inset with a porcelain panel which is exquisitely hand painted with colourful scenes of birds, places & colourful scenes & is articulated so sits well around the wrist. This bracelet has persian silver hallmarks & other marks & dates to around the 1920s & as with age there is wear & some bends on the joins as you would expect with age & wear, but certainly nothing that detracts but just mentioned for total accuracy. However this really is a lovely antique persian bracelet in good origional complete condition as stated that looks lovely worn & a lovely example of these. I love antique jewellery, so hope that you to can appreciate my items, that have been pre loved with history. Antique Late 19th Century – Early 20th Century Central Asian Islamic Solid Silver Large Necklace Torque Afghanistan Kochi Kuchi Tribe. The Torque is skillfully handcrafted of several elements of sturdy solid silver elements, soldered together and engraved on the surface. The center decorated with three glass beads in domed settings and another bead below and embossed, the ends adorned with two back-to-back bird heads. CONDITION: In its original condition with a rich dark patina intact and mild natural wear from usage in exposed areas. We had left the patina on the silver. But if someone wants to use this Torque as a necklace, it is very easy to clean up the patina on the surface of the silver. Dimensions: 20.3 cm x 17.8 cm (8 inches x 7 inches). W and fine silver. Doors of the watch open and close without any problem, there is faint hairline between 10 & 11 which is unnoticeable please see pictures, glass got some scratches and unnoticeable tiny nick at the corner, which is not effecting watch in anyway, please see last second picture below. Watch is in working condition & keeping good time but please do not expect quartz accuracy with an antique watch, if it goes a minute fast or slow it can be regulate through regulator. There is no key with the watch if I get one I will update in the description. For measurements please see pictures below.
