Stunning Edwardian Solid Silver & Diamond Paste Articulated Drop Necklace. Here is the most stunning rare edwardian solid silver & diamond paste articulated drop necklace. The necklace measures seventeen inches all the way round & is all set in solid silver. The necklace has a silver chain which goes round to seven drops which nicely graduate in size, with the largest being over half inch in diameter & are all inset with stunning diamond paste, which is top quality paste of this era to look like diamonds, all faceted and securely claw set on their individual silver mounts and open backed to appreciate the quality with a lovely quality sparkle & catching lights. Each setting is connected by a long silver link, which slides through the back of the mount making them articulated and freely moveable of a quality piece. The necklace has a good quality bolt ring clasp and the necklace is clearly marked for sterling silver and also the early mark which says silver and this necklace dates to the victorian edwardian era and just has wear as you would associate with age but certainly nothing that detracts in any way from this piece. This really is the most beautiful antique necklace in very good origional complete condition, that looks absolutely stunning worn and a fine quality example of these, that is as wearable today as when it was fist made & very eyecatching. Here I have an antique Victorian solid silver book chain / collar. It features buckle shaped links, with a silver bead in the centre and the connecting links are hand engraved with a flower. The back is unengraved so it can be worn either way round depending on how flamboyant you fancy being! It fastens with a bolt ring clasp. As with many antique pieces, it’s unmarked but tests as solid high-grade silver. I have many wonderful Victorian period lockets in my shop which would look fabulous with this book chain! The chain measures 17.75 inches long including the clasp. The chain is 12mm wide across the front. It weighs 18.0 grams. Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. One of the small silver beads is missing from one of the buckle shaped links (illustrated with a pink arrow in the last photo). Overall it just the usual light marks and tarnish to the silver which you’d expect in an antique item. International buyers PLEASE READ. Here I have an antique solid silver locket pendant. It’s beautifully engraved on the front with a floral design, surrounded by a 9k rose gold border, with silver beading running around the edge. It has a good sized bale and inside, there’s room for 2 photos – one side has it’s original removable frame, the other does not but if you cut the pic to the right size, there’s a little lip of silver it will sit behind and it will stay put. As with many antique pieces, it’s unmarked but tests as solid silver. The main body of the locket (without the bale) measures 4.5cm high and 3.9cm wide (including the silver beads on the edge). With the bale, it’s total length is 6.5cm. It weighs 24.3 grams. Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. Has a couple of very light pressure marks but they’re only noticeable on very close inspection. The hinge and closure work perfectly; it snaps shut and stays closed. Overall, it just has the usual light surface marks and tarnish to the silver which you’d expect on an antique item. International buyers PLEASE READ. Beautiful Georgian Solid Silver & Diamond Paste Heart Pendant. Here is the most beautiful Georgian solid silver & diamond paste heart pendant. The pendant measures just over half an inch by threequarters of an inch excluding the bail and is all made of antique solid silver with a lovely patina to it, although not marked tested & guarranteed silver. The pendant depicts a beautiful heart which is fully encrusted with sparkling white paste stones, which look like diamonds as it is such lovelly quality as you would expect of the era. The stones are all faceted and old cut and pave set and it has a large working bail which is also inset with matching paste stones which sparkle beautifully. The pendant dates very clearly to the georgian period and is in excellant very good origional complete condition, but as with age & wear there is one paste stone near the bail that is slightly different, that has a chip out of, that may have been replaced at some time, but it certainly doesnt detract in any way as this pendant just dazzles, but just mentioned for total accuracy, see pics. However a really exquisite piece of antique jewellery, that will not disapoint and the pics do not do it justice. I love antique jewellery, so hope that you to can appreciate my items, that have been pre loved with history.
