HUGE Antique SOLID SILVER Engraved IVY LEAVES & MONOGRAM Locket Pendant

Here I have an antique solid silver locket pendant. It features a very ornate hand-engraved ivy leaf pattern on the front. In Victorian symbolism, ivy represented a strong bond between 2 people, whether they were married partners or best friends. On the back is a nicely engraved set of monogrammed initials. Inside , it contains the original glass and frame in one side, and just the frame in the other. As with many antique pieces, it’s unmarked but tests as solid silver. The main body of the locket (without the bale at the top) measures 5.1cm high and 4.0cm wide. Weighs 23.5 grams. Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. The hinge and closure work well and it snaps shut nicely. Overall, it just has the usual light wear and tarnish which you’d expect on an antique item. International buyers PLEASE READ. Here I have an antique solid silver locket pendant. It features a very ornate hand-engraved ivy leaf pattern on the front. Inside , it contains a photograph in the right hand side, behind it’s original frame. In the left, behind the original glass and frame is a braided piece of hair. Of course, you could remove these. As with many antique pieces, it’s unmarked but tests as solid silver. The main body of the locket (without the bale at the top) measures 5.3cm high and 4.2cm wide. Weighs 30.5 grams. Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. Has a couple of small dinks, one on the front which is hidden by the engraving and another on the back. The hinge and closure work well and it snaps shut nicely. Overall, it just has the usual light wear and tarnish which you’d expect on an antique item. International buyers PLEASE READ. Huge Victorian Solid Silver Scottish Agate Cornucopia Horn of Plenty Brooch RARE. An utterly fabulous piece for collectors of Victorian Scottish jewellery. Scottish agate remains hugely collectable today. The piece has been hand made in the form of the cornucopia or horn of plenty; a symbol of abundance and nourishment in classical antiquity. Solid silver backed (no mark but has been tested); the agate sections have been perfectly hand cut and painstakingly applied in an array of gorgeous colours. The agates include carnelian, burn anne & montrose. Measurements: 3″ span by 1″ (at widest point). Original curved pin and’c’ catch to fasten; there is also a hinged loop for a safety chain or jump ring to be applied for wear as a pendant. In very good antique condition as shown in the images. CIRO Stunning Huge Solid Silver Zircon Duette Brooch Dress Clips Vintage 1930s

I do not have this brooch in my treasured CIRO book on jewellery, but have learned that CIRO only used round Zircons, that all Baguette stones were made of paste, so I believe this brooch to be Zircon & paste, for this clip was part of CIRO’s’luxury’ range of jewellery & they only used Zircons in their luxury jewellery pieces. With a clear nod to ancient China, the fabulous stylised geometric design a stunning take on the embroidered panels seen decorating the robes of royalty in an age long gone & looks astonishing, I have taken photos in both daylight & under artificial light to show that this looks as good in daylight as in the evening. With lovely workmanship, as much care going into finishing off the back as to the front. I have been collecting Duet or Double clips for years & have rarely seen a better example. I keep loosing count, but there are at least 80 Zircons. To each half, I have gone over this with a toothcomb & there are only 2 stones which have any nibbles, the only one worth mentioning is slight damage to one of the longer baguette. Stones in the center, where it has come in contact with its partner on the other clip. This is completely invisible to the eye. There is also slight wear to the rhodium plate around the outer edges & the underside skeleton of the brooch, again, only mentioned for accuracy, when polished it is invisible. Clearly hand finished throughout, with sublime workmanship, the clips lovely & tight, with the rarer “slider” pin, women loved these clips because you could remove a clip from the brooch, & thread a ribbon through the back of the clip, under the bar and transform the clip to a pendant, it measures exactly 6.5. Across the width & 3.8cm (1.4) deep, & weighs around gms. You can clearly read CIROs stamp CP to both backs of the clips, & PAT. DFOR to the back of the pin. This is fit for the serious Deco / Retro jewellery collector. The pin having a flip-over safety catch, not sure if the pin is silver (they rarely are being that silver is too soft). (I recommend you measure against other brooches you own to give an idea as to the size). CIRO vintage solid silver rhodium plated & paste brooch / Duet clip. 6.5cm (2.4). Original Box / caja? Absolutely Military WW1antique trench Rolex solid silver Dennison Case. Rolex Marconi in very good condition with black military dial. Case material solid silver. Fully hallmarked for British Assay Office. Inner cover have W&D marks and A. Case after carefully polishing. Lug width: 24 mm. Solid Silver winding crown. Movement: High quality Swiss movement, 15 jewels. Movement in good condition, sets and runs perfect, keep good time, has 43 hours power reserve. Dial in good condition but with one no visible hairline. Arabic numerals, with gold color hands. Genuine leather watch strap – new. Lug width 24 mm. Please see all images and video. I WILL DO MY BEST TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. This is antique wristwatch circa 1910. Watch has not water resistance, watch dial is porcelain (ceramic) and can be broken in case of hard shock. Watch is mechanical and need to wind every day. Watch does not have any electronics parts or components. Glass is mineral, mineral glass more easy to brake then modern acrylic glass. Case made from sterling silver so better you. Thats really good watch in excellent condition. THEY WERE MADE IN THE LATE 1800′S BY F. THE CANDLESTICKS WEIGH 18.98 TROY OZ. & 19.08 TROY OZ. TOGETHER THE TOTAL WEIGHT IS 38.06 TROY OZ. THEY ARE NOT WEIGHTED. BOTH OF THE CANDLESTICKS ARE MONOGRAMMED AND MATCHING. THEY HAVE GORGEOUS REPOUSSE EMBOSSED VICTORIAN SCROLLING. BOTH CANDLESTICKS STAND STRAIGHT AND LEVEL. Stunning Victorian HUGE heavy solid silver buckle / garter locket and collar 84g

A wonderful huge and heavy Victorian solid silver collar and locket. The collar measures 17.5 inches in length (excluding fastener) and 1.7cm wide. It is decorated with large and small’bobbles’ and discs with stars, all present. The collar can be worn on its own or with the matching extender piece which measures 3.2cm long (excluding fastener) and holds the huge locket which measures approx 7cm long (including matching bale) and 4cm wide. The locket is decorated with a buckle and etched beautifully with a chased pattern with a matching bale. The bale is marked STDS. The locket opens and shuts well and contains fittings to add photos of your choice. There is no glass and a few tiny pin prick dings to the locket which could be smoothed out by a jeweller.
