Very heavy for the small size. Would have been traded whole or cut into smaller pieces before being exchanged for goods or food. It is rare to see this kind of ingot in a whole unhacked ingot. It is also especially unusual to see them in a set of 3. They are part of a private collection. The owner discovered them in the late 70s on his own private land on an estate in Yorkshire.
