This is a genuine, solid 0.925 silver International Watch Co. Schützenuhr from 1979 in mint condition with original relief case decoration by Hans Erni. IWC has made Schützenuhren to be awarded as prizes. Watch was made in a limited edition (1000 pieces) to comemmorate the 50th anniversary of the Lucerne Federal Schuetzenfest in 1979. Watch comes with its original Certificate, Guarantee Paper and solid 0.925 silver IWC Ref. The original dial is in mint condition, the original silver Louis XV hands look very nice on the dial. Original case and dust cap have been made of solid 0.925 silver, case diameter is 49 mm not counting the crown. Case is in perfect condition. Caseback depicts the crouching figure of William Tell with a crossbow. Original lépine IWC cal. 952 is running perfectly and keeps excellent time.
