This is a 10 OZS Hoover and Strong cast finish 2″ square ingot/bar, marked “. 999 fine, and is in its original plastic bag and packaging. From what I understand, these silver H&S pieces are rare due to the limited production at a time when silver was on its way up. This bar does not have the original H&S bag label, but my mother did write the date 9/11/11 and the price paid on a sticker applied to the inner bag. So, I’m assuming the ingot was produced near to this date (especially when you see the price paid). This slightly tapered square ingot shows signs of toning, but is in otherwise nearly perfect/”as delivered” condition. The ingots rough overall measurements are 2″ square on the detailed surface, tapering to 1 3/4″ at the base, and is 1/2 tall. This hard to find silver Hoover and Strong ingot will be packaged with care to best ensure the item arrives as pictured and described.
