Beautiful Edwardian Rare Solid Silver & Rock Crystal Pendant & Silver Chain. Here is a really lovely edwardian rare solid silver & rock crystal pendant & silver chain. The chain measures sixteen inches all the way round & is made of solid silver although not marked where i can see, it is tested & guarranteed solid silver & nicely this chain has a very unusual engravings to each link & has a good working bolt ring clasp. The pendant is so pretty & then inset with real rock crystal with its faceted & a pear shaped drop, which gives off the fabulous pools of light. The pendant comes complete with a good size bail & dates clearly to the edwardian era. This really is a beautiful antique necklace in very good origional complete condition that is very wearable today & a delightful example of these. Stunning Edwardian Solid Silver & Rare Rock Crystal Articulated Drop Necklace. Here is the most stunning rare edwardian solid silver & rock crystal articulated drop necklace. The necklace measures approx sixteen inches all the way round & is all set in solid silver. The necklace has a silver chain which goes round to seven drops which nicely graduate in size, with the largest being over half inch in diameter & are all inset with what looks to be top quality paste from the era, but it looks to be rare rock crystal, either way its quite fabulous all faceted and securely claw set on their individual silver mounts and open backed to appreciate the quality with a lovely quality sparkle & catching lights. Each setting is connected by a long silver link, which slides through the back of the mount making them articulated and freely moveable of a quality piece. The necklace has a good quality bolt ring clasp and the necklace is clearly marked for sterling silver and also the early mark which says silver and this necklace dates to the victorian edwardian era and just has wear as you would associate with age but certainly nothing that detracts in any way from this piece. These necklaces are getting harder to find today & this necklace came with a similiar one at the time, but apart from that i have not seen a similiar for years. This really is the most beautiful antique necklace in very good origional complete condition, that looks absolutely stunning worn and a fine quality example of these, that is as wearable today as when it was fist made & very eyecatching. The brooch measures half an inch by two inches and is all made of solid silver. The brooch is really quite lovely & unusual from this maker as i have never seen another similiar. On a typical bar brooch in the centre is a lovely bug/fly in good engraved detail with the head & body inset with what looks to be faceted peridot but it could just be glass or paste, but it certainly looks the part. The brooch has a pin and Cclasp working well and a full set of english hallmarks for Chester, silver & 1922 , and nicely marked for the renowned maker of charles horner and this is certainly a rare example of his work However a lovely antique charles horner brooch in very good origional complete condition & a nice chester collectable example of these. The bracelet measures just under eight inches long by a depth of one inch & each panel measures just under one inch by one inch & is all set in solid silver. This bracelet is really lovely typical persian with eight panels which all are inset with a porcelain panel which is exquisitely hand painted with colourful scenes of birds, places & colourful scenes & is articulated so sits well around the wrist. This bracelet has persian silver hallmarks & other marks & dates to around the 1920s & as with age there is wear & some bends on the joins as you would expect with age & wear, but certainly nothing that detracts but just mentioned for total accuracy. However this really is a lovely antique persian bracelet in good origional complete condition as stated that looks lovely worn & a lovely example of these. Antique Late 19th Century – Early 20th Century Central Asian Islamic Solid Silver Large Necklace Torque Afghanistan Kochi Kuchi Tribe. The Torque is skillfully handcrafted of several elements of sturdy solid silver elements, soldered together and engraved on the surface. The center decorated with three glass beads in domed settings and another bead below and embossed, the ends adorned with two back-to-back bird heads. CONDITION: In its original condition with a rich dark patina intact and mild natural wear from usage in exposed areas. We had left the patina on the silver. But if someone wants to use this Torque as a necklace, it is very easy to clean up the patina on the surface of the silver. Dimensions: 20.3 cm x 17.8 cm (8 inches x 7 inches).
