This is a beautiful looking HUGE size largest one we have had in quite sometime! C1860/70s Solid Silver (fully tested not marked). Armorial Family Crest / Scottish Clan Brooch. The outer rim has the Motto Ung Dieu Ung Roy (One God One King) and the inner section reads Virtutis Amore Hold Fast. And the detail is quite simply outstanding! It is in excellent condition just being in need of a light clean as it has slightly tarnished with age. It measures 57mm / 2¼ inches in diameter and weighs 35.4grams well over 1 troy ounce.
