Beautiful Art Deco Quality Solid Silver, Garnet & Marcasite Necklace

Beautiful Art Deco Quality Solid Silver, Garnet & Marcasite Necklace. Here is a really lovely art deco quality solid silver, garnet & marcasite necklace. The necklace measures seventeen inches all the way round & is all made of solid silver. This necklace is really lovely & totally epotomises the era with its fabulous quality design. The necklace has a silver rope style chain around to lovely drops of four solid silver drops which have the lovely shaped art deco design which is rounded engraved and then inset with sparkling marcasites. It then has three drops which measure half inch by just under threequarters of an inch & again set in solid silver, rectangular shaped with a border of sparkling marcasites & then inset with table cut garnets which are securely collet set & the garnets are deep red in colour & open backed to appreciate the gemstones. The necklace has a bolt ring clasp working well & has the early silver mark which is marked in numerous places & this necklace dates to the 1930-50s & as with age there is a couple of marcasites missing which certainly doesnt detract, as they cant be seen as this necklace has so much going on & i only noticed under a strong loupe, but just mentioned for total accuracy & could very easily be replaced if necessary, see pics. However this really is a fabulous art deco necklace that looks such fine quality worn & as wearable today as when first made & such a lovely piece of art deco jewellery. Beautiful Victorian Quality Solid Silver Bacchante Lava Cameo Brooch. Here is a really lovely victorian quality solid silver & Lava bacchante cameo brooch. The brooch measures one & a half inches by two inches and is all set in a solid silver rope style frame, which although not marked is tested & guarranteed solid silver. The cameo is made of lava and is really beautiful and exquisitely carved of the head & shoulders of a bacchante, in beautiful raised detail and highly quality carved. The cameo has a pin and CClasp and dates to the victorian period and as with age this cameo is so finely carved it does have some damage to the nose of the cameo & also a split to the edge of the silver frame which i do not think detracts due to the quality of this cameo, see pics. This really is a beautiful victorian rare lava cameo in good origional complete condition as stated and such an attractive example of these. Beautiful Victorian Quality Solid Silver & Scottish Banded Agate Bracelet, 1880s. Here is the most beautiful victorian quality solid silver & scottish banded agate bracelet. The bracelet measures approx nine inches all the way round & each section measures half an inch by one inch with a depth of half an inch and its all set in solid silver, although not marked where i can see, tested & guarranteed victorian solid silver. The bracelet consists of six sections which are all lozenge shaped with faceted shaped sides and are all inset with real scottish banded agate. The agate is encased in solid silver to either end which on alternate sections has lovely early chasings to it. The agate is just superb, all origional scottish banded agate with lovely colouring & specimen type sections of agate with a fabulous variety and really good strong banding and nicely polished. The bracelet comes complete with a lovely early victorian large heart padlock clasp working well and one side with lovely early chasings and the other with a scottish flat cut polished green agate. This bracelet is totally origional to the victorian period of around the 1880s when scottish jewellery was at its height and this really is a fabulous origional example of this which is getting harger to find these days and as with age, this bracelet has been glued at some stage back into one of the mounts, which is fine, but it shows the glue marks, so this doesnt detract but is just mentioned for total accuracy. However this really is a beautiful victorian bracelet in good origional complete condition, that looks so lovely worn and most certainly will not disapoint and a fabulous example of these. Beautiful Edwardian Quality Solid Silver & Moonstone Festoon Necklace. Here is the most beautiful edwardian quality solid silver & moonstone festoon necklace. The necklace measures around sixteen inches long and is all set in solid silver with a lovely patina to it. This necklace is so beautiful and in a typical early festoon style so it sits lovely worn and is set with seventeen shimmering real moonstones which gradually descend in size with a row of circular moonstones with oval drop stones & then a central long drop & as with the festoon style has silver chain looped drops which all gives a really lovely finish. Each moonstone is set in its own collet setting with the moonstones all polished & cabouchon with their beautiful natural colour of grey, white, silver, and it is joined by lovely silver oval links. The necklace comes complete with a bolt ring clasp working well & is marked for silver and dates very clearly to around the edwardian era and at the top of the chain there is two extra bails, which looks as if the chain has a extender silver chain on which has slightly different links, but it looks fine, but just pointed out for total accuracy, see pics. However this really is a beautiful antique necklace in very good origional complete condition and such a beautiful dainty example of these, that looks fine quality worn. Box in pics not included. Beautiful Art Deco Quality Solid Silver & Garnet Articulated Bracelet. Here is a really pretty art deco solid silver & garnets articulated bracelet. The bracelet measures seven inches long & is all made & set in solid silver, although not marked where i can see, tested & guarranteed solid silver. This bracelet is so pretty in a panel style, all quality hinged & jointed with central panel all inset with real gemstones, with engraved dainty silver sections to either side. In this panel are the most lovely coloured garnets which gradually descend in size with the central one being the largest & there are nine in total. The garnets are all individually set in secure claw set mounts & asthe bracelet is beautifully articulated it moulds around your wrist when worn. The bracelet comes complete with a silver push in clasp working well & it dates to around the art deco era & as with age & wear there may be nibbles to the stones, but certainly nothing obvious or that detracts & also at some stage & extra two links have been added, which although the same size are very slightly different , although the same era & think where probably added to make the bracelet longer, they look fine but are just mentioned for total accuracy. However this really is a pretty art deco bracelet in good origional complete condition & looks so pretty worn & a lovely early example. The brooch measures two & threequarter inches by three inches & is all made of solid silver, not marked where i can see, but tested & guarranteed antique silver. This brooch is really quite fabulous & depicts a dragonfly with really lovely engraved detail & the wings are all inset with amethysts which could be faux but look fabulous, faceted & collet set with a good strong purple colour. On the back is a pin & Cclasp working well & in some parts it looks quite crudely made & looks to be art nouveau but could be later, but most certainly is vintage & unfortunately is not signed where i can see, but certainly is a unusually made piece. The bracelet measures approx seven & a quarter inches long & is a made of solid silver. This bracelet is absolutely exquisite & i have seen similiar examples before but not one exactly the same. The bracelet has eight panels which are rectangular measuring half an inch by just over threequarters of an inch with a depth to the glass of nearly a quarter of an inch. The panels are stunning with opalescent glass which has reverse carved pagodas on each which gives a beautiful frosted light blue type effect & each panel is securely claw set. Nicely this bracelet comes complete with a matching pair of earrings, shaped like the pendant in silver, marked for silver, with silver hooks for pierced ears. This really is the most beautiful vintage bracelet & earrings set in excellant origional complete condition that looks so beautiful worn & a stunning early quality example of these that would make a lovely quality gift. Beautiful Edwardian Quality Solid Silver & Guilloche Enamel Floral Locket. Here is a really lovely edwardian solid silver & guilloche enamel floral locket. The locket measures just over one inch by one & a half inches excluding the bail & is all made of silver, although i cannot see where its marked, tested & guarranteed silver. This locket is oval & really beautiful with the front exquisitely guilloched enamelled which depicts a lovely floral scene of a garland of flowers, in lovely colours, it really is pretty & the back is also enamelled. The locket nicely opens to put photos in either side & there is two pics already in there of a WW1 soldier & the other side, two young boys in edwardian outfits, quite delightful & clicks shut nicely. The locket comes complete with a good size bail for attatching to a chain & dates to around the edwardian era or just after. These lockets are so lovely & very hard to come by now especially in this lovely condition, considering age & wear.
